The Obvious
LiveA single-page thinking surface built to interrupt autopilot and respect attention. Not a course, not a productivity tool — a finished object.
Last updated Jan 1, 2026
The problem
Almost everything built for reflection is optimised for engagement: streaks, notifications, progress bars, more content next week. The machinery crowds out the thing itself.
What’s being built
A quiet single-page experience that teaches by demonstration rather than explanation — surfacing assumptions and encouraging metacognition and intellectual humility while reducing cognitive noise instead of adding information. It has no navigation, no accounts, no progress tracking, no gamification, no social sharing, and no analytics, and it never will: v1 is locked, and anything that explains, motivates, or gamifies belongs in a different product. Complete as of January 1, 2026.
Latest update
Finished on purpose. The only changes accepted against v1 are bug fixes, accessibility improvements, and performance work.
Current milestone
v1 locked and complete — only bug, accessibility, and performance fixes from here
