The problem
Hard-won expertise decays in the places we put it. Wikis rot, feeds forget, and static books fossilize — so the rules a team actually runs on stay locked in a few people's heads, undocumented and unattributable.
What’s being built
A publishing platform for living rule books. Authors write numbered rules — each with its statement, its why, the practice, the exceptions, and cited sources — that readers can review, remix, and revise across editions. The Workshop layer extends books past principles into the operational layer: reusable Recipes for the exact command or repeatable process, Work Trails that record what actually happened during an experiment, and Context Packs that hand a newcomer the minimum set to start a task, in reading order.
Latest update
Context Packs (W10) shipped in v25 and are live at rulebound.ca, with a public showcase pack seeded. Workshop continues to extend books from principles into commands, recipes, and recorded work trails.
Current milestone
Workshop Context Packs shipped and live; the interactive pack builder is the standing dogfood gate.
