The problem
Prompting a coding agent well takes the same context every single time — the standards, the application's architecture, the established patterns, the actual requirement — and reassembling that by hand for every task is slow and inconsistent. Output quality tracks assembly quality, and assembly is the part nobody wants to redo.
What’s being built
A monorepo that compiles development prompts from structured inputs, so the context is composed rather than retyped. React 19 and Vite web client, Express 5 and Drizzle API bundled with esbuild, PostgreSQL 16, and multi-tenant Microsoft Entra ID sign-in over server-side OIDC authorization-code with PKCE and database sessions. Azure staging deploys from one idempotent script covering provisioning, migration, app registration, and rollout.
