The problem
Most people assume their data stays private unless they hand it over. In practice an ordinary visit exposes approximate location, browser and device details, permission states, storage signals, and fingerprinting surface — and almost nobody has actually seen what that looks like laid out.
What’s being built
A privacy-awareness experience rather than a privacy tool. It shows what a website can genuinely observe about you, what can be inferred from those signals, and — through clearly labelled simulations — how broader tracking and data-sharing ecosystems work. Explicitly not spyware and not a surveillance product: the goal is an education that lands emotionally, not another list of technical details. Next.js, deployed to Azure Container Apps.

The hard design constraint is honesty: everything observed is real, everything simulated is labelled as a simulation wherever it appears.
