The problem
Booking platforms answer where you'll sleep and trail apps answer what you'll do. Everything in between — trails, lookouts, beaches, weather, food, grocery stops, gear, costs, who is bringing what, and the rainy-day backup — still happens across a group chat and four other tools.
What’s being built
Invites with RSVP and constraints, assigned checklist items, shared-cost tracking, a Critical Info Vault, a basic itinerary, and a transparent Readiness Card the whole group can see. pnpm workspace monorepo — React and Vite SPA with TanStack Query, Express 5 API bundled by esbuild, PostgreSQL with Drizzle, email and password auth with scrypt hashing and HttpOnly cookie sessions — deployed to Azure Container Apps.
