Clearworth

Active

A financial command center for a solo incorporated professional — personal money, corporate money, and the movement between them, kept clearly separate.

Last updated Jul 11, 2026

The problem

Running a corporation as a solo operator means two financial lives that constantly touch. General-purpose personal dashboards get cluttered and don't reflect corporate realities, while formal accounting tools are heavy and accountant-oriented rather than built for everyday clarity. Neither answers the practical questions cleanly: what's personal, what belongs to the corporation, what has already been transferred, and what needs reserving for tax.

What’s being built

A focused finance app covering accounts and balances, transactions and categorisation, recurring obligations, transfers between personal and corporate, tax-aware reserves, financial documents, and cash-flow forecasting — in one deliberately professional interface. Deployed to Azure Container Apps.

Latest update

Built first for Darminsky's own books, which keeps the requirements honest: it has to be trustworthy before it is clever.

Current milestone

Core application built and running on Azure Container Apps

Tech stack

TypeScriptPostgreSQLAzure

Built first as an internal tool for Darminsky's own personal and corporate finances. No account numbers, balances, transactions, or financial documents are shown anywhere on this site, and any screenshot or graphic must use entirely fictional account names, balances, and transaction data — never real financial figures.
